Full Description


COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Pan Fried
1. Thaw frozen sausage overnight in chiller.
2. Make diagonal slices, at least four slits on both sides.
3. Preheat the pan over medium flame and add 1 to 2 tbsp. of cooking oil.
4. Fry sausage in the pan, turning every 2 minutes on each side for even frying.
5. Cooking time is about 8 to 10 minutes.
6. Remove from pan and serve while warm.
7. May be served in whole pieces or cut diagonally into bite sizes.
