Full Description


COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Deep Fried
1. Thaw frozen siomai overnight in chiller or 1 hour at ambient temperature.
2. In a casserole, add cooking oil just enough to cover the siomai and heat over medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Deep fry siomai for 3 to 4 minutes or until color turns golden brown.
4. Remove from casserole and serve while warm, with your favorite sauce.

Steamed
1. Thaw frozen siomai overnight in chiller or 1 hour at ambient temperature.
2. Preheat water to boiling in a steamer.
3. Place the siomai in the steamer for 10 to 15 minutes or until product is completely heated.
4. Remove from steamer and serve while warm, with your favorite sauce.
