Full Description
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Pan Fried
1. Thaw frozen hotdog overnight in chiller or 1 hour at ambient temperature.
2. Peel off casing and make diagonal slices, at least three slits on both sides.
3. Place hotdog in a non-stick pan with 2 tbsp. of water. Cook until water dries up.
4. Add 1 to 2 tbsp. of cooking oil and fry until slits completely open.
5. Remove from pan and serve while warm.
Grilled
1. Thaw frozen hotdog overnight in chiller or 1 hour at ambient temperature.
2. Peel off casing and make diagonal slices, at least three slits on both sides.
3. Insert a skewer into the hotdog and grill until slits open.
4. Serve while warm.
