Full Description
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Pan Fried
1. Thaw frozen bulgogi overnight in chiller or 1 hour at ambient temperature.
2. Preheat the pan over medium flame for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
3. Add 2 to 3 tbsp. of cooking oil.
4. Place bulgogi in the pan, spreading out the meat portions.
5. Cook by turning and rubbing the meat against the pan to avoid burning, until the surface turns glossy brown and is coated with caramelized sauce.
6. Remove from the pan and serve while warm.
7. Cooking time is 9 to 10 minutes for a 200 g pack. Adjust cooking time if more bulgogi is prepared.
