Full Description
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Pan Fried
1. Thaw frozen tocino overnight in chiller or 1 hour at ambient temperature.
2. Preheat the pan over medium flame for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
3. Add 2 to 3 tbsp. of cooking oil.
4. Place tocino in the pan, spreading out the meat portions.
5. Cook by turning and rubbing meat against the pan to avoid burning, until the surface turns glossy brownish-red and is coated with caramelized sugar.
6. Remove from the pan and serve while warm.
7. Cooking time is 9 to 10 minutes for a 200 g pack. Adjust cooking time if more tocino is prepared.
