Cooking Instructions
Pan Fried
1. Thaw frozen sausage overnight in chiller.
2. Make diagonal slices, at least four slits on both sides.
3. Pre-heat the pan over medium flame and add 1 to 2 tsp of cooking oil.
4. Fry sausage in the pan, turning every 2 minutes on each side for even frying.
5. Cooking takes about 8–10 minutes.
6. Remove from pan and serve while warm.
7. Must be served in whole pieces or may be cut diagonally into bite sizes.
