Full Description


Cooking Instructions:
Pan Frying
1. Thaw frozen bacon overnight in chiller or 30 minutes at ambient temperature.
2. Pre-heat the pan over medium flame for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
3. Lay each strip flat on the pan, without overlapping. No need to use cooking oil as bacon fat will melt upon frying allowing the strips to cook on its own oil.
4. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until strips become golden brown and slightly crispy.
5. Remove from the pan and transfer to a plate with paper towel to soak up excess oil. Serve while warm.
